Insomnia

Night Dryness

Can’t sleep well? Sleeping without resting?   How to get rid of snoring? How to keep your eyes moist and get rid of dry eyes?

Sleep is a naturally recurring state of mind and body, characterized by altered consciousness, relatively inhibited sensory activity, inhibition of nearly all voluntary muscles, and reduced interactions with surroundings.

How many hours of sleep do human beings need to stay healthy and robust? You probably have heard it before: “Everyone needs Eight Hours Sleep per night.” But some researchers instead suggests that the secret to a long life lies in getting just enough sleep, which is about 6.5 hours per night.

But either way, are you getting enough sleep? Or are your sleeping without getting any rest? There are many reasons for a drowsy sleep.  Such as sleeplessness / insomnia,  sleep apnea (Snoring),  dryness causing dry eyes while sleeping. Wahah Innovation and its team have been studying sleep-related problems and trying to find out solutions to sleep problems. Check out here!
